Order process:

Processing can take up to a week from the date of your order. This is due to the fact that products are handmade and can take time.

Shipping:

SHIPPING DELAYS MAY APPLY WITH COVID-19

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom will take 3-5 days.

International shipping takes 2-10  days.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address is correct. If the address in incorrect or incomplete (flat/house/unit number) we cannot guarantee the package will be delivered. We do not offer refunds or a new package if this is the case. If the package is returned to our facility, the post office may apply a return fee and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay. Once the package is back in our possession, you can choose to have a refund or have the package sent back to the correct address, the customer will be charge for the new shipping fee. 

If your package is late please wait out the full 10 working days calculated from the date of the shipping confirmation. There could still be chance that your order is still on it's way.

Nail Republic is not responsible for late packages once shipped. Factors that could affect your order’s shipping time include but are not limited to: high shipping volume, public holidays & weather.

Shipments are not eligible for a refund and delays may occur due to shipping volume, weather, and other factors. We do not refund orders based on these unforeseen factors or those affecting the shipping duration, after the items were shipped.

Please email support@nailrepublic.co.uk if your package is missing. Nail Republic is not responsible for lost packages once shipped. 

Cancellations, refunds and exchanges:

Please note that once the order is completed no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. Make sure you order the right size since everything is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

A size chart is available on the website to guide you with sizing, however we cannot guarantee that nails will always fit perfectly as it depends on the customer to follow the guidelines carefully. For the best fit, we recommend purchasing our sizing kit, which will give you the most accurate results.
